Tofu Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • Silken Tofu 300g
  • Vegan Chocolate 100g
  • Coconut Oil 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp xylitol

Instructions

  1. Melt vegan chocolate and coconut oil
  2. Place silken tofu into food processor
  3. Add melted chocolate, xylitol and coconut oil into food processor
  4. Whisk and serve with fresh raspberries
