Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks Skin removed and cut into chunks
- 200 grams Coconut yoghurt
- 2 Clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
- 1 tablespoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- pinch Sea Salt
- 2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Coriander
- 1 Quartered fresh lemon

Instructions
- Prepare salmon, remove skin and cut into chunks
- In a bowl, mix all the tandoori ingredients together, apart from the lemon and fresh coriander
- Add the fish to the tandoori mix and allow to marinate for at least 30-40 minutes
- Thread the salmon on skewers
- Place skewers on an oiled oven tray and bake in oven for 20-25 mins on 180C
- Serve with fresh coriander and fresh lemon
- These salmon skewers are good with a side of brown rice, green vegetables like broccali or a salad
