Ingredients
Strawberry chia jam
- 300g strawberrys (Punnet) Sliced
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup to taste optional
- 2 tbsp Water
Nut Sundae
- 10 soft or soaked dates
- 4 oz almonds
- 300g Strawberrys Sliced
- 1 large natural coconut yoghurt

Instructions
Chia Jam
- To make Jam – place all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over a medium heat.
- As the strawberries begin to soften stir them around until they start to fall apart. Mash with a fork.
- Continue to stir until the jam thickens. Then remove from the heat and set aside to cool. –
Nut Sundae
- Place nuts and dates in a food processor and mix at high speed until the nuts and dates have broken down and resemble fine breadcrumbs.
- Divide half the nut and date mixture between 4 glass bowls. Then top each with a layer of natural yoghurt.
- Then add a layer of chia jam to each bowl. Followed by another layer of nuts and dates.
- Add another layer of yoghurt and top with the fresh strawberries. Serve.
