  1. Peel and core apples
  2. Chop apples into small pieces
  3. Place apples into saucepan with water and bring to boil
  4. Simmer apples for 20 minutes
  5. Drain apples and place in bowl
  6. Add cinnamon, coconut chips and raisins
  7. Serve with coconut yoghurt
