Spicy Prune Compote with natural yoghurt
Spiced prunes are delicious and sweet and make a healthy and light dessert. They are also good for your digestion being high in fibre and full of nutrients.

Water
Instructions
Put all of the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer stirring occasionally.
Cook until the mixture is reduced to a thick consistency.
Remove from the heat. Then remove the cinnamon stick and cloves. Serve with coconut yoghurt.
