  1. Put all of the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer stirring occasionally.
  2. Cook until the mixture is reduced to a thick consistency.
  3. Remove from the heat. Then remove the cinnamon stick and cloves. Serve with coconut yoghurt.
