- 350 grams Mixed Nuts
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 100 grams Xylitol
- 6 Apples Medium sized
- 1 Punnet Raspberries

Instructions
- Grind nuts in food processor until fine
- Add coconut oil and xylitol and mix
- Stew apples until soft
- Drain apples and place in oven proof dish
- Place raspberries on top of apples and sprinkle a tbsp of xylitol over
- Pour the nut mix over the fruit and press down
- Place in oven and cook for 15 – 20 minutes on 180C
