  1. Grind nuts in food processor until fine
  2. Add coconut oil and xylitol and mix
  3. Stew apples until soft
  4. Drain apples and place in oven proof dish
  5. Place raspberries on top of apples and sprinkle a tbsp of xylitol over
  6. Pour the nut mix over the fruit and press down
  7. Place in oven and cook for 15 – 20 minutes on 180C
