Ingredients
Pumpkin smoothie
- 4 tbsp Pumpkin puree
- 4 Soft and pitted dates
- 2 tbsp ground flax
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp ground giner
- pinch ground nutmeg
- pinch ground cloves
- 250 ml Plant based milk
Garnish
- 4 tbsp nut granola
- 4 tbsp natural coconut yoghurt
- handful of blueberries
- 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
- Place all the pumpkin smoothie ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more dates as necessary.
- Por the smoothie into individual glasses. Top with natural coconut yoghurt, granola and berries. Pour over the maple syrup and serve.
