Instructions
  1. Place oats, chia, flaxseed, honey, and vanilla essence into a class container and cover with coconut milk. Stir thoroughly and leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. Remove from fridge and add more coconut milk and stir if too thick.
  3. Add layer of coconut yogurt on top of oats
  4. Add a layer of berry compote on top of yogurt
  5. Add layer of yogurt on top of berry compote and then place some fresh berries on top and serve
