Matcha tea has numerous beneficial properties, including being alkalising, detoxifying, rich in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, anticarcinogenic, calming and energizing. To ensure you keep its antioxidant properties, do not bring hot water into direct contact with matcha tea.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp matcha tea
- 1/2 cup canned full fat coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Grade B maple syrup or 6 drops of stevia
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup room temperature water
- 1 cup hot water

- Put all the ingredients into a blender, adding the hot water last. blend and serve.
