Ingredients
- 1 400g silken tofu
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp grated lemon zest
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 punet fresh strawberries

Instructions
- Place tofu, lemon juice, honey and half the lemon zest into a food processor. Blend until smooth and then pour into individual bowls. Top with strawberries and the remaining lemon zest. Serve.
