- 30 g Kale
- 30 g Fresh pineapple
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- 80 g avocado
- 1 tbsp Flaxseed
- 1 tbsp Tahini
- 1 Slice of ginger
- 1 Slice of lemon
- 250 ml Coconut milk or other plant based milk
