
This is a really quick and easy breakfast to make in the morning. the chocolate smoothie is made with avocado, chocolate protein powder, cocoa, coconut milk, banana and flaxseed. So this is full of protein, good fats and fibre. The berries mean that this breakfast is also packed with antioxidants – a great start for a busy day!

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 Avocado peeled
- 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp Cocoa
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 Punnet of blueberries
- 1/2 strawberrys (Punnet)
- 1/2 punnet raspberries
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 litre Coconut milk

Instructions
- Place the milk, cocoa, protein powder, banana, avocado and flaxseed into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 2 bowls and top with the berries and coconut flakes. Serve.
