Ingredients
- 400 Ml Coconut milk or other plant based milk
- 1 Frozen banana
- 2 Soft and pitted dates
- 1 Orange peeled and cut up
- 1 Tsp Zest of orange – unwaxed Add an extra tsp of zest for a more orange flavour
- 1 Avocado peeled
- 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup Optional
- 2 Tbsp Raw cocoa
- 1 Tsp vanilla essence
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 Tbsp almond butter

- Place all ingredients in a blender.
