Chocolate Cake with a Chocolate Ganache
Soak the dates overnight so they are soft. Make sure you take the stones out.
Add the dates and the remaining cake ingredients to a food processor and mix until smooth.
Add to a baking tin and cook on 180C for 45minutes until golden brown
Add the remaining ingredients together and add the chocolate
Allow the cake to cool down (1 hour) add the ganache to the top of the cake and serve with fresh berries
