Ingredients
Chocolate Cake
- 200 grams Dates
- 65 grams Coconut flour
- 6 Medium Eggs
- 5 tbsp Butter
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp Vanilla essense
- 100 grams Cocoa
- 100 grams Xylitol
Chocolate Ganache
- 200 grams Soft cheese I used Violife vegan soft cheese
- 70 grams dark chocolate I used Balance chocolate with xylitol
- 2 tsp Vanilla essense
- 100 grams Powdered xylitol

Instructions
- Soak the dates overnight so they are soft. Make sure you take the stones out.
- Add the dates and the remaining cake ingredients to a food processor and mix until smooth.
- Add to a baking tin and cook on 180C for 45minutes until golden brown
Chocolate Ganache
- Melt the chocolate
- Add the remaining ingredients together and add the chocolate
- Mix until smooth
Assembling
- Allow the cake to cool down (1 hour) add the ganache to the top of the cake and serve with fresh berries
