- 3 ripe bananas
- quarter cup Coconut Oil
- quarter cup maple syrup
- half tsp ground cinnamon
- half tsp vanilla essence
- 30 g vegan chocolate grated
- 400 g natural coconut yoghurt

Instructions
- Place coconut oil, maple syrup. vanilla essence and cinnamon in a saucepan and heat through.
- Add banana and continue cooking ensuring that the banana is covered with the syrup. Cook until the banana is soft. Turn off heat.
- Place yoghurt into bowls and pour in the caramalised banana. Top with the grated chocolate and serve.
