Salad
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts Washed and thinly sliced
- 1 Medium Red onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 Medium Green apple
- 50 g Walnuts and pecans Chopped
- Sea salt and black pepper for seasoning
Dressing
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 110 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 2 Tsp maple syrup

Instructions
- Finely chop all the ingredients for the salad and mix together in a large bowl.
- Mix together all the ingredients for the sauce in a seperate bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the bowl of salad. Toss and serve.
