Instructions
- Place oats, milk,and seeds into a jar and place in fridge overnight.
- Puree the berries in a blender - leaving a few to garnish the top of the dish.
- Stir the puree into the overnight oats, add maple syrup or honey to taste - add more milk as necessary to obtain a smooth consistency,
- Place oats into 2 glasses or containers. Top with yoghurt , then add a few fresh blueberries and sprinkle over some granola.
