Blueberry Overnight Oats
This is a creamy, refreshing and filling breakfast. It is full of omega 3 healthy fats, plant protein and oats which help to stabilise blood glucose levels.
  1. Place oats, milk,and seeds into a jar and place in fridge overnight.
  2. Puree the berries in a blender – leaving a few to garnish the top of the dish.
  3. Stir the puree into the overnight oats, add maple syrup or honey to taste – add more milk as necessary to obtain a smooth consistency,
  4. Place oats into 2 glasses or containers. Top with yoghurt , then add a few fresh blueberries and sprinkle over some granola.
