- 3 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 tablespoons Flaxseed
- half teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons berry compote
- 1 teaspoon Xylitol or honey
- 500 ml Coconut milk
- 50 grams fresh berrie

Instructions
- Place oats, cinnamon, xylitol and milk into a saucepan. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 5-10 mins. Add almond butter and stir.
- Turn off heat and add flaxseed and stir. Add extra milk/water if too thick.
- Place into 2 bowls. Add berry compote and fresh berries to each bowl and then serve.
