  1. Place oats, cinnamon, xylitol and milk into a saucepan. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 5-10 mins. Add almond butter and stir.
  2. Turn off heat and add flaxseed and stir. Add extra milk/water if too thick.
  3. Place into 2 bowls. Add berry compote and fresh berries to each bowl and then serve.
