- 500 grams mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackcurrants)
- 1-2 tablespoons Xylitol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 2-3 tablespoons Water

Instructions
- Tip all fruits into large saucepan and add all the other ingredients.
- Bring to the boil and then simmer for 3-5 mins.
- Do not overcook or the fruits will not hold their shape.
- Serve.
