- 250 g Frozen mixed berries
- 40 g Brazil’s nuts
- 40 g Cashew nuts
- 30 g gluten free porridge oats
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 550 ml Coconut milk
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon

- Add all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Serve, garnished with some natural coconut yoghurt, fresh berries and pumpkin seeds
