Ingredients
- 500 ml plant based milk like Almond or Soya Plus extra to mix the cornflour and cocoa
- 2 Tbsp Cornflour
- 2 Tbsp Raw cocoa
- 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 10 g vegan chocolate Grated
- 3 bananas Sliced

Instructions
- Pour milk into a saucepan and bring to the boil
- In the meantime in a bowl mix together the cornflour, maple syrup and cocoa. Add some milk and mix into a thick paste.
- Just before the milk boils, pour the custard mix into the milk and stir constantly until it thickens. Turn off heat.
- Pour the chocolate custard into the bowls, put sliced bananas into each and sprinkle over the grated chocolate. Serve.
