Almond and Chocolate Balls
These balls are great as a snack to maintain your energy levels – made with almonds, almond butter, and chia, means that they have good levels of protein and good fats. The dates, chocolate and raw cocoa make them also really tasty and a nice treat.

Instructions
Place almonds and chocolate in food processor and process for about 45 seconds so that the nuts resemble fine breadcrumbs.
Add the remaining ingredients and process (except the coconut) until you have a sticky consistency.
Place the coconut onto a large plate
Roll the balls of almond and coconut mixture into small balls in your hands.
Then roll them in the coconut and place on a tray.
Put the balls into the fridge for 2 hours before serving. To keep fresh, keep the balls in an air tight container in the fridge.
