This is a really quick and easy breakfast to make in the morning. the chocolate smoothie is made with avocado, chocolate protein powder, cocoa, coconut milk, banana and flaxseed. So this is full of protein, good fats and fibre. The berries mean that this breakfast is also packed with antioxidants - a great start for a busy day!
Instructions
  1. Place the milk, cocoa, protein powder, banana, avocado and flaxseed into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 bowls and top with the berries and coconut flakes. Serve.

  1. Place into a blender the banana, carrot, dates, almond butter, flaxseed, cinnamon, vanilla essence and milk. Blend and pour into a bowl

  2. Add oats and chia into bowl and leave overnight

  3. Place the overnight oats into 2 glass jars.

  4. Add a layer of fresh blueberries followed by a layer of coconut yoghurt. Top with granola or another layer of fruit of your choice.

I use this recipe as a base and then add on top extra favorites like nut and seed granola, coconut yogurt, fresh berries, or berry compote - the result is delicious and very filling.
